Barkhuis

We are an academic publishing house mainly publishing books, journals and websites for academic specialists. We also publish books for a broader audience; an example is Illustrious School, about the history of the Academy Building of Groningen University.

Our publishing house was established in 2000. About 15 new titles are published each year.
